After an extensive career spanning almost forty years, Ray Wilson founded THINK-STRESS and created the THINK-STRESS Education Program as a means to share his knowledge and expertise in managing personal stress. During numerous job changes, business restructures, self-employment, unemployment, mixed with a few significant personal challenges along the way, Ray has become accustomed to dealing with thoughts, events, and situations that lead to feelings of stress.
Several years ago it became clear that those decades of experience had helped him deal with a number of traumatic events and to work through some pretty difficult situations. He felt it was now time to share this knowledge and encourage others to learn to manage their stress. In 2016 and 2017 Ray conducted substantial research and studied a wide variety of stress management methodologies and now holds formal qualifications in stress management, relaxation therapy, mindfulness, education and training. His business, THINK-STRESS, is a Platinum Training Provider with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists.
In 2019 Ray finalised the THINK-STRESS Education Program including the design and production of a 30 minute online video course entitled 'UNDERSTANDING STRESS'.
Trading as THINK-STRESS, Ray is doing his best to help anyone interested in learning how to manage stress more effectively.
